How it works

Northfold planners are PDF files you download and use as often as you like. Here is the whole process.

1. Choose your planner

Every planner is undated, so you can start on any day of the year. Each product page lists the pages inside and shows sample pages, so you know exactly what you are buying.

2. Pay and download

After payment, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and arrives by email. Save the files on your computer, phone or cloud drive; you can download them again from that email at any time.

3. Print it, or use it on a tablet

• At home: print on normal paper (80-120 g/m²). Choose 100% scale, not "fit to page", so the layout keeps its proportions.
• At a print shop: send the PDF and ask for A4 or US Letter, single or double sided. Spiral binding works well for a full planner.
• On a tablet: import the PDF into GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf or a similar app, and write on the pages with a stylus. You can duplicate pages as often as you need.

4. Reprint whenever you need

Your licence covers printing for your own household, as many times as you like. There is no subscription and no extra cost.

Paper sizes

Every download contains both A4 (Europe) and US Letter (United States and Canada). Use whichever matches your printer.
