Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who we are and scope
Northfold is operated by [FULL LEGAL NAME OF THE OWNER], trading as Northfold, Grabenstraße 8, 31084 Freden (Leine), Germany, email: paterson.amanda67@atomicmail.io, phone: +49 1590 5606786 ("we", "us").
These terms apply to all orders placed in our shop by consumers and businesses. A consumer is anyone who buys for purposes mainly outside their trade, business or profession.
2. Our products
We sell digital products only: printable planners and workbooks supplied as PDF files, in A4 and US Letter. No physical goods are shipped. The page count and contents of each planner are stated on the product page.
3. How a contract is made
The products in the shop are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By clicking the order button at checkout you place a binding order. Before that you can review and correct your entries. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or make the download available, whichever happens first. The contract language is English.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT where applicable. There are no shipping costs. Payment is due immediately, using the methods offered at checkout.
5. Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, you receive a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. Please save a copy of your files. If a download does not reach you, contact us and we will send it again.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For digital content, the right ends early once we begin delivery, provided you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB). We ask for this confirmation in the basket. Our full rules are in the Refund Policy.
7. Licence
After full payment you receive a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable licence, worldwide and unlimited in time, to use the files for personal purposes:
- Allowed: printing the pages as often as you like for your own household, and writing on the files in a tablet app for your own use.
- Not allowed: reselling, sharing, giving away or publishing the files or printed copies, using them commercially, or including them in other products.
All other rights remain with us. If you breach the licence, your right to use the files ends. Details are on our Licence page.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply, including the rules for digital products (§§ 327 et seq. BGB). If a file is faulty, incomplete or does not work as described, contact us. We will supply a working file; if we cannot, you are entitled to a refund.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this type of contract.
Our planners are organisational tools. They do not provide financial, medical, legal or tax advice, and you remain responsible for your own decisions.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this choice does not remove the protection of mandatory law in their country of residence. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is our registered place of business.
11. Final provisions
If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
